Meet Lindsay Benoit

Hi! My name is Lindsay Benoit. I am a mom of 3, a wife to Nick, and the owner of Pretty Baked Sweets. I grew up in the restaurant and hospitality industry and I have always had a passion for creating tasty, beautiful, and creative foods. But it wasn't until 2020 that I turned my career on it's head and decided to open my own business. Kuddos to my family, friends, and kids, Mia, Linden, and Vivian, for being my guinea pigs and on-call taste testers. In my eyes...no event, big or small, is complete without at least one indulgence... or more!

In 2021 I met and began partnering with Kayla Straube and the PowerFit Team. We decided to join forces in 2023 creating PFTX Catering & Events. It is our mission at PFTX to take the hassle out of event planning by offering a "one stop shop" for event needs ranging from event decor and setup to balloons, catering, and desserts.
