We work with each client’s needs alongside Deon's Superfit coaches to help you achieve your goals. We can formulate your meal plan based on the macros you provide or we can help you from the beginning to build your plan around your goals and lifestyle. We can also provide meals to you with macros so that you can easily log on your own or we will cook to scale based on your needs. Once you submit your intake we will go over food costs, dietary needs, and answer any other questions that you have. 


OUR COACHING APPROACH:

EVERY PERSON’S BODY IS DIFFERENT AND NO TWO PLANS ARE THE SAME. WE COACH THROUGH MULTIPLE METHODS INCLUDING: MACROS COACHING, GUIDED LIFESTYLE CHANGE, ELIMINATION DIETING, FAMILY APPROACH/LIFESTYLE AND OTHER METHODS THAT OUR CLIENTS MAY NEED IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL. 

WHETHER YOU ARE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT OR GAIN MUSCLE YOUR NUTRITION IS THE MOST VITAL PART OF THE PROCESS. 

WE WILL WORK TOGETHER ON MORE THAN JUST YOUR PHYSIQUE GOALS- YOU NEED TO HAVE A WELL WORKING METABOLISM, HEALTHY MIND AND A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD TOO. 

IT IS RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY THAT YOU START WITH OUT 3 MONTH OR 6 MONTH PLAN IF YOU ARE JUST GETTING STARTED ON YOUR NUTRITION JOURNEY.

Check in photos are a required part of the check in process. Upload the front, side, and back view in the same clothes as the initial photos that you submitted. Check in photos are pictures you take of yourself to accurately document any physical changes that may occur during your fitness journey.  Pictures provide a way to better gauge physical progress, celebrate accomplishments, and allow your coach to be able to assist you more. The scale is not the only measurement of change!
